FREE, FULLY INSURED SERVICE
Diamant Centrum offers free shipping and insurance when you sell your diamonds, jewelery or luxury watches to us. We have selected Mikropakket as the most secure sender. We ask that you deliver your items by Mikropakket so that we can complete a full valuation - completed by our team of experts. Mikropakket has been a courier for high-quality goods and items for many years. You can think of banks, financial institutions, governments, diamond cutters, jewelry manufacturers and retailers. If you have any doubts about the insurance of your item, please contact our customer service (020 - 697 44 18).
We open all your items on camera when they arrive at the office and can use video evidence to facilitate the processing of any insurance claims. All items can be picked up, shipped and insured by Mikropakket for a maximum of € 35,000 per package under our current insurance.
More expensive items can easily be shipped with Mikropakket's armored delivery, and this can be arranged for you by Diamant Centrum.
WHEN DOES MY COVERAGE BEGIN?
You are immediately insured from the moment the package is picked up by the delivery person to the settlement of the item.
IF I WANT MY ITEMS TO BE RETURNED, ARE THEY INSURED?
If for any reason we have to return your items, this will also be covered by our insurance.
HOW MUCH ARE ITEMS INSURED?
We will agree an insurance value for your items to cover full value. We insure all items separately, so you never end up in a situation where you lose money by dealing with Diamant Centrum. Talk to one of our experts to get the exact insurance value.
DIAMONDS AND WATCHES ARE VALUABLE. WILL THEY BE STOLEN?
It is extremely unlikely that there will be any problems with theft of your items. The insured amount does not appear on the front of the label. Please do NOT communicate the value or contents of the package to the Mikropakket or anyone else. This is a normal precaution and contributes to the safety of your items. Your goods will also be sent to “DC”.
CAN I TRACK MY SHIPPING?
You can use your tracking number to track the progress of your package. Enter your tracking code number here on Mikropakket official website to view the status of your shipment.
